Terms and Conditions for Event Planning Services

M&B Elite Events

1. Services

M&B Elite Events specializes in event coordination, planning, styling, and event management services as outlined in approved proposals and service agreements. Our services are delivered based on the scope agreed in writing between the client and M&B Elite Events.

2. Booking Confirmation

Event dates are confirmed only after:

- Signed service agreement

- Payment of the required booking deposit

M&B Elite Events reserves the right to release event dates if deposits are not received within the specified timeframe.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide accurate event information

- Approve designs, vendor selections, and proposals within agreed timelines

- Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule

Delays in approvals or payments may affect event execution timelines, especially in the context of wedding planning.

4. Vendor Services

Certain services are provided by third-party vendors. While M&B Elite Events carefully selects trusted suppliers, we are not responsible for vendor performance issues beyond our reasonable control.

5. Changes to Services

Any additional services requested after proposal approval may incur additional charges and must be confirmed in writing before execution.

6. Liability

M&B Elite Events shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including venue restrictions, weather conditions, government regulations, or supplier failures.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
